Regardless of where you are – at home, at work, or somewhere else going about your business – our experienced and trusted professionals bring quality medical care, compassion, and attention anywhere you choose. Our team will reach you at an appointed time and place to collect the relevant samples for your requested or prescribed test. Furthermore, our doctors provide consultation and recommend tests for a routine periodic check-up or based on your manifestations.
Home service appointments must be made 24 hours before collecting samples.
Your test results will be ready and delivered to you and your doctor within 24 hours, except for tests performed outside of Kuwait that take 7 to 10 working days to be completed.
In-lab Testing Services
Jabriya Laboratory provides a wide range of in-lab testing services that include common routine tests such as blood count, cholesterol, biochemistry & hormones, etc.; clinical lab testing for disease and treatment monitoring; and specialty testing such as molecular and genetic tests and pathology tests.

Samples for highly advanced testing that is not available in Kuwait are sent abroad to Quest Diagnostics (UK), Institut Mérieux (France), and National Medical Services (USA).

Test Results
To ensure our leadership as a trusted provider of laboratory testing services, we use the latest online management system – The Roche Autolab Software – that allows us to handle your data securely and confidentially.
Our laboratory information system together with laboratory equipment increase our capabilities and help:

- Communicate with doctors and patients
- Connect with clinics in Kuwait and laboratories abroad
- Integrate laboratory processes
- Monitor and collect statistics
- Ensure accuracy and standardization
The results for some of the routine tests are usually available within a couple of hours. Fast results delivery and accuracy have become the hallmark of our services, which we strive to maintain at all costs, and which are immensely appreciated by both patients and physicians.
In addition to providing online appointment booking through our website and appointment management by telephone, we also offer our customers several ways to obtain lab results:
- We deliver your test results by fax, e-mail, or in person at an agreed time.
- After careful review by the laboratory personnel, your results report will be delivered in a printed form either to you and your doctor, or voucher holder, or competent authority.
- Alternatively, you can receive your results by telephone after verification of personal information and receipt number.
- In case of critical results, you will be notified directly.
- Additionally, if you’re our regular customer, you can use the Customer Service Machine (KIOS) to get your results and even compare them with the previous ones with just a swipe of a Customer Card. Jabriya Laboratory is the only provider of KIOS facilities in Kuwait.
